3 Months

Well he seems like he is becoming more of a baby and less of an infant.  I love watching him grow and have been enjoying every stage so far.   Luke's most recent fad has been putting his hands in his mouth.  He loves his hands.   His daddy has been supplementing with that ugly Tennessee rattle and I try to replace it with Sophie the giraffe!

This is one alert boy that loves to know who and what are in his perimeter.  When I bring him into a new room he fully checks everything out first.  He is so cute.  I think we will keep him!

Luke...meet Ellie!

We had an amazing trip to Fayetteville, Arkansas to meet cousin Ellie.  What a beauty if I do say so myself.  We flew in Thursday night.  Luke loved checking out everyone on the plane.  He did so well, hardly even fussed.  The fussing did start once we got him in his favorite place...the car seat!

Once we got to Micah's house, Yoda and Howdy drove up.  Yoda was in heaven.  Her smile explains it all.  They were both awake for their first greeting.

The next day was packed with fun.  Including the car!  Somehow, we all fit.  We went to eat lunch, visited museums, and ended our day on Beaver Lake.

The real fun started when we had our very own photo session!  Yoda got them two matching outfits.  We had a challenge getting them both happy for it.  I think we did pretty well.  Check out the pictures below.  You can see some of their best and worst moments.

Yes, we had a wardrobe change!  Luke looks like he had too much at the tailgate!  True rebels they are! Ellie posed very well for this one.  Luke finally lives up to his initials, LOL!

Meeting Nanny and Mary Beth

We had a great time!  Luke had his first road trip to Santa Barbara.  He did pretty well in the back seat.  Matt and I realized it must of been from the attention he was getting from Nanny and Mary Beth!  We knew they were a hit when they first arrived at 4am.  We woke him up for the introduction and he gave a big smile!  He loves them!
The week was full of laughs, yummy food, and rook.  We even taught Luke!  It was so much fun!  Thanks for coming to visit us!!!
